about

The first track of the Aqualamb COVID Cover series is the jam “How Long” originally by 70s one-hit-wonder band Ace.

Purchase the limited edition t-shirt designed by artist Dave Singley and get the download to the track. Or, if you not into looking fresh, just buy the song. ALL proceeds benefit the musicians, engineers, mixers, and people in the music industry.

This rendition of “How Long (this shit going on)” features the prolific Cleveland band the New Lou Reeds led by singer and guitarist Steph Kuchna along with a bunch of friends. Musicians include members of Black Black Black, Upper Wilds (Jeff Ottenbacher), The Space Merchants (Ani Monteleone), Vagina Panther (Dead June), Cobra Verde (Ed Sotelo), and Duvalby Brothers, Biblical Proof Of UFOs (Joey Shipman) and James Brown ( regarded producer, engineer, and mixer ).

This track was beautifully mixed by Grammy award-winning producer and mixer Mario Mcnulty, (David Bowie, Harry Nilsson). It’s the summer anthem for these wacky times.

Lead Vocal / Guitar - Stephe Kuchna
Drums - Jeff Ottenbacher
Bass - Ed Sotelo
Lead Guitar - Joey Shipman
Backup Vocals - Dead June and Ani Monteleone
Rhodes Piano - James Brown
